PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a ServiceNow Developer - Senior Associate to support design, configuration, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions. You will drive deployment efforts, collaborate across advisory, assurance, tax, and business services, and mentor junior team members within a dynamic technology delivery setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow development workstreams across the full delivery cycle from requirements through configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Design and configure platform solutions that align with client process needs, technical constraints, and growth plans.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, technical specifications, and tasks for ServiceNow modules and integrations.
• Manage priorities, timelines, and risks while coordinating progress across multiple work items.
• Develop scripts, workflows, automations, and data mappings to support platform functionality.
• Review code, configurations, and defect fixes for quality and maintainability.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders to clarify needs and communicate status.
• Guide junior team members through problem solving, design, and delivery methods.
• Interpret feedback from testing and production support to refine solutions.

As a ServiceNow Developer -Senior Associate you will support the design, configuration, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions that help clients improve technology workflows and platform performance within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, guide junior team members, and use critical thinking to translate business needs into practical technology outcomes. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to ServiceNow Deployment efforts, collaborate across software and product innovation work, and help shape solutions that align with enterprise priorities and delivery timelines.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
