• Ability to lead/support the team responsible for the implementation and administration of the ServiceNowplatform, including managing system configurations, gathering and documenting user and processrequirements, developing workflow customizations, and performing quality assurance testing and useracceptance testing
• Responsible for leveraging knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end methodologies withinServiceNow which includes architecting technical implementations, organizing and prioritizing developmenteffort, interfacing with vendors and management.
• Must possess the technical/functional skills necessary to make an impact on consulting projectengagements
• - Excellent client facing and communication skills (verbal and written skills)
• Familiarity and experience working in an agile development environment
• Good understanding of JavaScript and Web Services
