• The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business process maps and requirements, administering, maintaining, and supporting existing processes and functionalities, and developing new processes according to ITSM best practices and using ServiceNow.

Requirements:

• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS ITSM), Admin (CSA), and Developer (CAD).
• Certified in at least one ServiceNow mainline certification, e.g., CMDB, Discovery, Event, Workspace, etc. Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes.
• Experience in Asset Management and CMDB Implementation and Data Normalization.
• Ability to create and modify workflows with experience in agent workspace design and implementation.
• Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards. Hands-on experience with Java Scripting.
• Experience in application design, development, and deployment on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience migrating data from various tools into ServiceNow.
