Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Servicenow Developer in Hyderabad/Pune to design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions across SecOps, IRM, ITOM and ITSM.

The role requires hands-on configuration, scripting (JavaScript/Glide), strong DB familiarity, Agile teamwork in a virtual environment, and a deep knowledge of CMDB and security workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform (SecOps & IRM).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration (workflows, forms, UI policies, ACLs).
• Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server).
• Experience with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and Security Operations workflows.

Responsibilities

• Experience with hands-on design, development and deployment on the ServiceNow platform (SecOps & IRM).
