Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to design, develop, and implement HR Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on building scalable HRSD workflows and integrations to streamline employee services.

You will customize HRSD modules such as Case Management and Knowledge Management, work with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP APIs, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure, high-performance HR service

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD
• Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and ITSM/CMDB concepts
• Exposure to HR lifecycle events and employee workflows
• ServiceNow certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize HRSD modules including Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Knowledge Management
• Configure HR workflows, lifecycle events, and integration
• Build and enhance catalog items, record producers, and Flow Designer workflow
• Implement Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and AC
• Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Ensure platform performance, security, and best practices adherence

Required Skills

• Strong experience in ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery)
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Port
• Good understanding of ITSM and CMDB concepts
• Exposure to HR lifecycle events and employee workflows
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / HRSD) preferred
