Job summary

Systechcorp Private Limited seeks an experienced Solution Architect (HAM & SAM) to design and optimize enterprise ITAM solutions. The candidate will lead HAM Pro/SAM Pro implementations and drive integrations with CMDB, Discovery, SCCM/MECM, Intune, and ERP systems.

Ideal profiles possess 10–15 years in IT asset management, strong vendor governance, and ITIL-aligned processes to ensure license compliance and optimization across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of hands-on IT Asset Management experience.
• Hands-on with ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro.
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to define asset lifecycle, license management, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end HAM and SAM solutions for enterprise IT.
• Lead ServiceNow HAM Pro/SAM Pro implementations and integrations.
• Define hardware asset lifecycle and software license management processes.
• Ensure software compliance, license optimization, and audit readiness.
• Integrate ITAM with CMDB, Discovery, SCCM/MECM, Intune, AD, and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Security, and Finance for ITAM governance.
• Drive automation, reporting, and best practices for asset management.
