Job summary

The role focuses on IRM/GRC modules, workflow automation, risk assessment processes, compliance management, and integrations with external systems.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Risk Management, Policy Compliance, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk.
• Proficient with REST APIs and IntegrationHub for external system integrations.
• Experience building workflows with Flow Designer and customizing with Client Scripts/Script Includes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM applications and workflows.
