Job summary

Argus Consulting is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 4+ years of hands-on work, focused on GRC and SecOps modules. You will design, develop, and implement governance, risk, and compliance solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow development focusing on GRC and SecOps.
• Strong scripting with JavaScript and AngularJS; UI customization and workflows.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Servers.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC and SecOps solutions to address governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and designs.
• Configure GRC and SecOps modules, including workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems; ensure data accuracy.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting; support cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated with ServiceNow features and industry trends relevant to GRC and SecOps.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and team members.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on GRC and SecOps modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS), UI customization, and workflow configuration.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow GRC modules (Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, etc.) and SecOps modules (Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, etc.).
• Experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and MID Servers.
• Familiarity with industry frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL, and GDPR.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyse complex requirements and design efficient solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• ServiceNow certifications (Certified Implementation Specialist in GRC or SecOps) are highly desirable.
