Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 4–5 years of hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the Customer Service Management (CSM) module, supply chain‑related business processes, integrations, and the latest ServiceNow AI capabilities including Agentic AI and Now Assist.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Implement and enhance ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer solutions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and IntegrationHub solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, Webhooks, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Support supply chain business processes including customer case management, order management, fulfillment, logistics, and partner/vendor interactions.
• Configure and implement Now Assist, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and Agentic AI capabilities to improve operational efficiency.
• Design and develop automated workflows leveraging ServiceNow AI and GenAI capabilities.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment planning, and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
• Create technical documentation, solution designs, and knowledge articles.

Required Skills & Qualifications
