Job summary

Pomeroy is seeking a ServiceNow developer with hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform to design, build, and maintain enterprise IT solutions.

The role requires 3+ years of platform experience, ITSM/CSM/FSM knowledge, and strong REST/SOAP integration skills, MID Server and IntegrationHub usage, plus web tech like HTML/CSS/AngularJS and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience within the ServiceNow platform.
• ITSM, CSM and FSM knowledge on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub for integrations.
• Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and practices.
• Experience with working within an agile development process.
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work independently, to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and in a team environment.
