Job summary

Quess in Bengaluru is looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to own end-to-end development across ITSM, GRC, TPRM, and supplier risk management. The role is 100% IC with strong collaboration with BAs and POs to translate requirements into scalable configurations.

You will design data mappings, build integrations with Coupa, and develop REST APIs to connect external systems, ensuring data integrity and robust processes.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Developer Certification is preferred/expected.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.
• Create and maintain forms, workflows, tables, and database structures.
• Work closely with Business Analysts (BA) and Product Owners (PO) to understand and implement requirements.
• Design field mappings and ensure data entered through forms is stored accurately in the appropriate database tables.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., Coupa).
• Build and consume REST APIs to send and retrieve data between integrated systems.
• Perform system configurations, customizations, and enhancements to support business processes.

• Primary Skills: Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development with modules like TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management), PSM, GRC, ITSM, Coupa Risk Management, and Supplier Risk Management (including Tier-based risk management).
• Experience: 5-7 years of relevant hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Role Nature: Individual Contributor (100% IC) role with end-to-end ownership of development activities.
• Development Responsibilities:
