Job summary

Hexaware Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Technical Lead to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, IRM, SecOps, ITOM, Custom Applications, and UI Builder. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience and strong stakeholder management skills.

You will lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, mentor junior developers, and ensure governance and best practices while delivering robust integrations and workflow

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions.
• Implement and support ServiceNow modules including: ITSM, IRM (Integrated Risk Management), SecOps (Security Operations), ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
• Custom Applications and UI Builder / Workspace Development.
• Develop workflows, Flow Designer flows, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Integrations.
• Build scalable solutions using App Engine and Custom Applications.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow Workspaces using UI Builder.
• Develop REST/SOAP integrations with third-party applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Perform technical design reviews and provide best practice recommendations.
• Lead code reviews and ensure platform governance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
