Job summary

Ralliant in Bengaluru, Karnataka is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support our ServiceNow platform, partnering with IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable automation and improved user experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6+ years of ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript, and hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.

Qualifications

• Strong JavaScript development skills.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, and Service Portal or Employee Center.
• Experience developing REST and SOAP integrations.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions using platform best practices.
• Configure and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Flow Designer workflows, and business processes.
• Develop and support integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and other APIs.
• Create and maintain client scripts, UI policies, business rules, script includes, scheduled jobs, and ACLs.
• Build custom applications and extend out-of-the-box functionality where appropriate.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and agile development activities.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolution for production incidents.
• Support platform upgrades by evaluating impact, testing functionality, and remediating issues.
• Collaborate with architects, administrators, and business analysts to deliver scalable solutions.
• Create technical documentation and maintain development standards.

• Experience with source control and DevOps practices.
