Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in India is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise IT workflows and digital transformation. You will work with architects, BSAs, and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical designs.

This hands-on role focuses on development excellence, platform governance, and continuous improvement, including ITSM/ITOM/CMDB modules, integrations, testing, and deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
• Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts.
• Integrations (REST/SOAP) and MID Server; Agile delivery experience.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, Application Developer, Implementation Specialist).
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, or Employee Center.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions using out-of-the-box capabilities and custom development.
• Configure modules ITSM, ITOM, TPRM, and Employee Center Pro.
• Build and maintain integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
• Deliver high-quality, reusable, scalable code aligned with platform standards.
• Collaborate with architects and BSAs to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in technical design discussions, effort estimation, and solution reviews.
• Ensure adherence to design standards, data models, and architecture guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with platform security, performance, and upgrade readiness.
• Support platform health initiatives including technical debt reduction and optimization.
• Perform unit testing and support QA, UAT, and production deployments.
• Participate in peer reviews and ensure code quality before release.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
• Contribute to automation, AI-driven solutions, and modern ServiceNow capabilities.

What you'll need (Required)
