Job summary

ALTEN India in Bengaluru is hiring a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, test, and deploy ITSM, CSM, and CMDB solutions. You will leverage modern workspace experiences and GenAI capabilities within an international, cross-functional team.

The role requires 5–7 years of ServiceNow development, strong scripting (JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, AngularJS), and hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Integrations. Agile delivery and UAT support are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of ServiceNow development experience focusing on core ITSM, configuration, workflows, and scripting.
• 2-3 years developing scoped/global applications and scripting (JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, AngularJS).
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Service Operations Workspace, Case/Request/Knowledge Management, and Service Portal.
• Proven experience managing Instance Upgrades and building Integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub).
• Strong knowledge of Asset Management, CMDB, and creating Reports & Dashboards.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum), DevOps, and Update Set administration

Responsibilities

The ServiceNow Developer will design, build, test, and deploy ITSM, CSM, and CMDB solutions, leveraging modern workspace experiences and generative AI capabilities within an international, cross-functional team. Experience working on agile projects would be highly beneficial. Excellent interactive communication skills are also required.

Key Responsibilities
