Job summary

Vrinda International is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to lead AI-powered ServiceNow solutions, drive architecture and governance, and manage client-facing delivery across complex engagements.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, define architecture, security, governance and compliance standards, conduct client discovery workshops, and introduce GenAI patterns into workflows while mentoring cross-functional agile teams.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of ServiceNow experience.
