Job summary

CloudLabs Inc is seeking a senior Business Analyst to join our remote contract team in India for 6 months. You will lead requirements gathering for ServiceNow implementations, translate business needs into functional specifications, and collaborate with IT, finance, and operations stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of BA experience, strong ITIL knowledge, and hands-on experience with ITSM modules in ServiceNow, Jira/Azure DevOps, and workflow design. Remote work possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of Business Analysis experience with ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules: Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog Management.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements for enterprise service management.
• Proven ability translating business requirements into functional specs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management best practices.
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions with business, IT, finance, and operations.
• Ability to collaborate with Product Managers, Technical Leads, Developers, and Testing teams.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex requirements to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog Management.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements for enterprise service management initiatives.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management best practices.
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions with business, finance, IT, and operations teams.
• Ability to collaborate with Product Managers, Technical Leads, Developers, and Testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience supporting ServiceNow ITSM transformation or process improvement programs.
• Exposure to Account to Reporting (ATR) processes or finance-related service workflows is desirable but not required.
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Service Catalog design, and workflow documentation.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) is desirable but not required, enabling flexibility to support initiatives across multiple ServiceNow product teams.
• Experience supporting UAT planning, test case creation, defect management, and stakeholder sign-off activities.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, and KPI definition within ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process optimization opportunities.
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITSM Implementation Specialist, or Certified Implementation Specialist are preferred but not required.
