Your Role:

• Gather and document business requirements by conducting discovery meetings, workshops, and analysis of existing processes. Perform a gap analysis of current/desired processes. The BA will utilize a repository to archive, create lists, and document libraries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize features, enhancements and system integrations. Provide effective and comprehensive communication project wide, and engage across the team and project stakeholders.
• Participate in the testing and validation of delivered solutions, ensuring they meet the defined requirements and quality standards. Support end-users pre and post implementation of new solutions providing guidance and knowledge to help resolve any gaps and ensure a smooth implementation.
• Coordinate and conduct working sessions to gather and document requirements. Work closely with developers to ensure all requirements are understood, documented, and tested. Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features to ensure we continuously improve our solutions and offerings.

Your Profile

• A master’s degree is must, preferably MBA. ServiceNow certifications (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, SPM) would be highly advantageous. A good understanding of ITIL v3 or v4 and ITIL V3/V4 certification is preferred.
• Must have at least 8+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst and 5+ years as a Business Analyst in ServiceNow implementation and have hands on experience in ServiceNOW Platform implementation as a Business Analyst across modules.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
• Experience working with a development team, end users, and provide leadership/mentoring to other analysts required.
