Job summary

Lonvec Technologies Private Limited in Delhi is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Automation Developer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will build workflows, flows, and subflows using Flow Designer and automate ITSM processes including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Catalog.

The role requires scripting, REST and SOAP integrations, and strong collaboration with business and technical teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Qualifications

• Proficient in designing automation on ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with Incident, Change, and Problem management workflows.
• Experience building workflows and automations using Flow Designer.
