Persistent Systems in Pune seeks an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead design and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, aligning with enterprise standards and digital transformation objectives.

You will act as trusted advisor to stakeholders, defining solution strategies, governing architectural decisions, and driving platform modernization across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB/SACM, SecOps, GRC, and IRM.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in ServiceNow Solution Architecture or enterprise consulting.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformations.
• Expertise across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, IRM, CMDB.
• Proven ability to drive governance, roadmaps, and platform standards.
• Strong skills in integrations, data modeling, and security.

Responsibilities

• Define holistic ServiceNow architectures across processes, apps, data, and UX.
• Lead architecture and design across modules ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB/SACM, SecOps, GRC, IRM.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable, upgrade-safe solutions.
• Align with enterprise standards, governance, and product roadmaps.

About Position:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions that address complex business challenges while aligning with enterprise architecture standards and digital transformation objectives. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, defining solution strategies and governing architectural decisions across multiple ServiceNow modules.

What You'll Do:

• Define holistic ServiceNow solution architectures spanning business processes, applications, data, integrations, security, and user experience.


• Lead architecture and solution design across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB/SACM, SecOps, GRC, and IRM.


• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and upgrade-safe ServiceNow solutions.


• Ensure architectural alignment with enterprise standards, governance frameworks, and ServiceNow product roadmaps.


• Design integration architectures between ServiceNow and enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and third-party systems.


• Define data architecture, CMDB strategy, service mapping, and configuration management practices.


• Drive platform standardization, optimization, and adoption of ServiceNow best practices.


• Evaluate functional and non-functional requirements including security, performance, scalability, reliability, and compliance.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to define implementation roadmaps and value realization strategies.


• Provide architectural governance, technical oversight, and design reviews throughout the project lifecycle.


• Support pre-sales activities, solution estimation, proposal development, and client presentations.


• Mentor technical teams and provide guidance on platform capabilities, implementation approaches, and architectural best practices.


• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and solutioning discussions with business and technology stakeholders.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 12+ years of experience in ServiceNow Solution Architecture, Enterprise Service Management, or Enterprise Application Consulting.


• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.


• Strong expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, IRM, and CMDB.


• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, capabilities, and implementation methodologies.


• Experience leading complex, multi-domain, global ServiceNow transformation programs.


• Strong experience designing integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and third-party middleware platforms.


• Expertise in CMDB architecture, Service Mapping, Discovery, Asset Management, and Configuration Management practices.


• Strong understanding of platform governance, architecture standards, and upgrade strategies.


• Experience creating target architectures, roadmaps, and enterprise-scale ServiceNow strategies.


• Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders and translate business objectives into technology solutions.


• ITIL v4 best practices and Enterprise Service Management frameworks.


• Digital workflow transformation and service delivery modernization initiatives.


• ServiceNow security architecture, compliance requirements, and governance practices.
