Job summary

Hitachi Vantara is seeking a senior ServiceNow architect/developer to design, develop, and govern enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will lead development across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps, translating business needs into scalable architectures.

Strong scripting and API integration skills are essential, with Agile experience preferred. You'll mentor juniors, drive platform governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production stability and

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in: ServiceNow Development & Administration; ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change); Service Catalog & Workflows; Integration Hub / APIs.
• Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
• Experience with: CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping; Flow Designer / Automation; Integration technologies (REST, SOAP)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Preferred qualifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator / Implementation Specialist; GenAI / AI integrations on ServiceNow; enterprise-wide platform governance; exposure to multi-domain or domain separation environments
