Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience across modules.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration/development (tables, roles, ACLs, app scopes).
• Experience with Flow Designer, approvals, notifications, and reusable actions.
• Experience with Integrations (REST, Scripted REST, IntegrationHub).
• Background in AI governance, Responsible AI, Model Risk, or enterprise control towers.
• Understanding of AI asset inventory, lifecycle, risk assessments, and monitoring.
• Awareness of agentic AI concepts, orchestration, human-in-the-loop controls, and evaluations.
• Knowledge of OAuth/OIDC, RBAC, service identities, and audit trails.

Key Responsibilities

• Design governance frameworks for AI systems, models, agents, prompts, datasets, and third-party AI services.
• Establish AI inventory, ownership, risk classification, approvals, controls, and lifecycle processes.
• Build governance workflows and dashboards using ServiceNow Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, and integrations.
• Implement governance controls for agent identity, tool permissions, human approvals, auditability, and safe execution.
• Translate AI risk, security, privacy, and compliance requirements into practical controls.
• Integrate ServiceNow with GRC tools, enterprise AI platforms, identity systems, and data platforms.
• Collaborate with risk, security, privacy, architecture, and engineering teams.

Mandatory Skills

• 5–10 years of overall technology experience with hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration/development, including tables, roles, ACLs, and application scopes.
• Experience with Flow Designer / Workflow Studio, approvals, notifications, and reusable actions.
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, Scripted REST, or similar integrations.
• Experience in AI Governance, Responsible AI, Model Risk, Technology Risk, GRC controls, or enterprise control‑tower implementation.
• Understanding of AI asset inventory, lifecycle management, risk assessments, controls, and monitoring.
• Knowledge of agentic AI concepts, orchestration, human‑in‑the‑loop controls, authorization, and evaluation.
• Understanding of OAuth/OIDC, role‑based access, service identities, and audit trails.

• ServiceNow AI Control Tower experience.
• ServiceNow AI Agent Studio, Now Assist, and AI Search.
