Job summary

Tata Electronics Private Limited invites an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to manage and optimize our ServiceNow platform across ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, and production workflows in our Bengaluru-based operations.

The successful candidate will configure modules (Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB), build workflows and dashboards, integrate with SAP/Oracle ERP systems, ensure ISO/ITIL compliance, and train IT staff and production teams to drive manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of ServiceNow Administrator experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP integrations (SAP/Oracle).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our ServiceNow platform. This role involves ensuring smooth IT service management (ITSM) and CMDB, support HR, SOC & production-related workflows, and integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems to enhance operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities

Platform Administration

• Manage day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform
• Perform upgrades, patches, and system maintenance
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

Configuration & Customization

• Configure ServiceNow modules (Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Knowledge).
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and reports.
• Create customized dashboards for Senior Management, Plants, Groups, End-users and manufacturing-specific KPIs (e.g., Executive Dashboard for all plants, downtime tracking, capacity planning, maintenance requests, etc.,).

Integration

• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate ServiceNow with Active Directory, Success Factors, Attendance systems, SOC Applications, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Support integration with shop-floor applications and IoT monitoring tools.

Security & Compliance

• Ensure platform compliance with industry standards (ISO, OSHA, ITIL).
• Manage user roles, access controls, and audit logs.

Support & Training

• Provide technical support to end-users across the organization.
• Conduct training sessions for IT staff and production teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and integration practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD or GRC modules.
• Knowledge of ISO & equivalent compliance standards.
• Ability to work in fast-paced production environments.
