Job summary

You will lead client interactions, manage monthly and quarterly close, and mentor junior staff while maintaining high professional standards and compliance.

Strong English communication and accounting experience with multinationals required.

Qualifications

• CPA/CA/CA Inter or MBA Finance with 3–6 years of experience in accounting and finance at a multinational corporation.
• Fluent English written and spoken communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Executing outsourced processes including client interaction, data review, and process optimization.
• Implementing and monitoring quality controls to maintain service standards.
• Resolving escalations and queries to support client satisfaction.
• Analyzing complex data to inform insights and recommendations for process improvements.
• Managing month-end and quarterly close for APAC entities.
• Overseeing post-close deliverables including reconciliations and tax filings.
• Supporting Finance Team across Accounting, Reporting, and Legal entity controls.

As a Managed Services - Corporate Accounting - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Assurance practice, you will engage in client and customer interactions, manage data review and processing, and implement quality controls to resolve escalations and queries. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

• Responsible for day-to-day activities of the APAC entities including conducting detailed review of deliverables.
• Manage monthly/ quarterly close of deliverables.
• Manage post-close deliverables including reconciliations, tax filings etc.

What You Must Have

• CPA/CA/CA Inter/MBA Finance with 3-6 yrs experience in Accounting and Finance function at a multinational corporation
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
