Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India seeks a Senior Associate to join the Managed Services - Corporate Accounting team. You will support outsourcing processes, interact with clients, review data, and help drive quality controls across APAC entities.

You will lead day-to-day close activities, manage reconciliations, and contribute to process improvements while working with a multinational client base. English proficiency is essential, and CPA/CA or MBA Finance qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• CPA/CA/CA Inter/MBA Finance with 3-6 yrs experience in Accounting and Finance function at a multinational corporation.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Executing outsourced processes including client interaction, data review, and process optimization.
• Implementing and monitoring quality controls to maintain service standards.
• Resolving escalations and queries to support client satisfaction.
• Managing monthly/ quarterly close of deliverables.

As a Managed Services - Corporate Accounting - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Assurance practice, you will engage in client and customer interactions, manage data review and processing, and implement quality controls to resolve escalations and queries. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

What You Must Have

• CPA/CA/CA Inter/MBA Finance with 3-6 yrs experience in Accounting and Finance function at a multinational corporation
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
