Job summary

Sahu & Sons Truckings is seeking an experienced Service Trainer to conduct technical and service training for our service teams in Ranchi. The role focuses on practical instruction on commercial vehicle systems and maintenance, with module development aligned to business needs.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in the CV/auto sector, with a track record as trainer or service manager. Retired professionals are welcome to apply; travel to training sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Commercial Vehicle/Automobile industry.
• Experience as Service Trainer, Workshop Manager, Service Manager, or Technical Expert preferred.
• Retired professionals with relevant industry experience welcome.
• Strong practical knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Provide practical training on commercial vehicle systems and maintenance.
• Develop and deliver training modules as per business requirements.
• Train technicians and service personnel on troubleshooting and repair procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong practical knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
