Wagons Learning in Patna seeks a Service Trainer to support training and skill development of dealership service teams in the LCV segment. The role involves delivering classroom, technical and OJT sessions to enhance service processes and repair knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or B.Tech in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering, relevant experience in automobile service or dealership operations, and strong communication and training abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in automobile service, dealership operations or technical training.
• Experience in the LCV/commercial vehicle segment will be an advantage.
• Good communication and training skills.
• Willingness to travel to dealerships as required.
