Job summary

CIEL HR in Pune hires a field service technician to perform solar panel maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting at customer sites. You will visit approximately 67 locations daily and spend about one hour at each site to ensure optimal system performance.

You will handle customer queries, maintain strong relationships, submit daily site visit reports to support service quality, and work independently while documenting issues, coordinating parts, and upholding safety standards.
