Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in India is seeking a Service Provider PDI Engineer to design, implement, migrate and optimize provider networks. You will drive engagements with customers, lead workshops and develop technical documentation for complex SP environments.

The role centers on Cisco SP platforms, MPLS and routing protocols, including Segment Routing, QoS and IP RAN. You will contribute to planning, migration, testing and ongoing optimization across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing, implementing and optimizing Service Provider networks.
• Strong familiarity with Cisco SP platforms and MPLS in large-scale environments.
• Proven ability to plan migrations, create HLD/LLD, and deliver technical documentation.

The candidate should possess strong experience with Cisco SP platforms, MPLS technologies, routing protocols, Segment Routing and customer-facing delivery engagements. Mandatory Skills:

ASR9000, NCS540, NCS5500, NCS5700, ASR1000, IOS-XR, IOS-XE, BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, L2VPN, L3VPN, Segment Routing, QoS, Multicast, Carrier Ethernet, IP RAN.

Preferred Skills:

EVPN-VXLAN, SRv6, Cisco NSO, Cisco Crosswork, Python, Ansible, NETCONF, REST APIs, YANG, Linux and Network Automation.

Documentation Experience:

HLD, LLD, MOP, Migration Plans, Rollback Plans, Test Plans, Acceptance Reports, Change Requests and Implementation Reports.

Certifications:

CCNP Service Provider, CCIE Service Provider, DevNet Professional preferred
