Job summary

Panasonic is seeking an experienced Area Service Manager to oversee after-sales service operations for ACs, Refrigerators, Washing Machines & Dishwashers.

You will manage authorized service centers, service partners and field teams, driving KPIs such as TAT, FTR, productivity, customer satisfaction and service revenue. Strong leadership and part–time training support are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Consumer Durables/Home Appliances service.
• Strong knowledge of AC, Refrigerator, Washing Machine & Dishwasher service operations.
• Excellent team management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or related field.
