Job summary

Contactx Resource Management invites applications for a Service Engineer (Technician) to join our HVAC/Industrial chillers team in Hyderabad. The role demands field service, commissioning of chillers, and timely service reports.

You will interact with customers, perform maintenance, and ensure fault-free operations on site. Requires a diploma (DME/DEE) and at least 3 years in industrial automation sales or service, with strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Automation Sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attend AMC, CAMC, and breakdown calls, and complete the task within the timeframe.
• Prepare detailed service reports after each visit.
• Generate enquiries for spares, service and VAP products.
• Coordinate with team for timely resolution of calls.
• Commissioning of new chillers and ensuring proper handover.

Responsibilities

• Attend service calls and perform troubleshooting on chillers and related equipment.
• Coordinate with customers and vendors to schedule maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare and submit service reports and follow up on inquiries for parts and spares.
• Assist in commissioning and installation of chillers at client sites.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and follow up on any pending actions.
• Provide technical support and solutions to customers and operators.

• 5. Closure of all the complaints alongwith the detailed service report.
• 6. Generate enquiries for spares, service and VAP products.
• 7. Coordinate with the team to identify and proper resolution of the call.
• 8. Commissioning of new chiller
• 9. Achieve spare target and service business
• 10. Payment follow up to get our dues
• 11. Training to customers and operators
• 12. Arranging suitable vendors, contractor for chiller erection, shut down job , if required
• 13. Proper handing over of sites, enquiries for value added products
• 14. Technical support/ solutions to the customers and bulid the good rappo with the team
• 15. Increase customer satisfaction level to get the future business
• 16. Collection of C- forms, TDS and other certificates as and when required.
• 17. More work involves troubleshooting, installation and commissioning of chillers & not operation and maintenance.
