Job summary

Talent Leads HR is seeking an experienced professional to plan and deploy a FTTH network (GPON/GEPON/PON). You will coordinate ground surveys, ROW formalities, and field execution with partner teams to ensure end-to-end service delivery. The role requires coordinating with multiple stakeholders and maintaining quality standards.

The position focuses on end-to-end rollout, safety, and timely delivery, with emphasis on accurate reporting and verification of work completed by partners.

Responsibilities

• Ground survey capturing soil strata, ROW formalities and charges for underground/aerial permissions.
• Survey of Dark Fiber routes/ telecom HH/ BTS as per operator info.
• Identify and finalize company POP locations.
• Create and digitize information in GIS or equivalent platform.
• Handle ROW applications and follow-up for Demand Note and permissions.
• Onboard partner teams for execution.
• Manage end-to-end FTTH rollout through partners per quality standards and timelines.
• Prepare Daily Progress Reports and track material consumption by partners.
• Ensure First Time Right deployment and conduct acceptance tests either directly or via third party.
• Adhere to safety measures throughout operations.
• Supervise large partner teams and certify invoices for work done within deadlines.
• Manage POP Infra works including installation and grouting

Role & responsibilities

To ensure planning and deployment of Network of FTTH (GPON/GEPON/PON) equipments and driving partner teams for the execution of Outside Plant (OSP) Network covering end to end requirements and ensuring all the business services are offered

1. 1. Ground survey capturing soil strata, utility information, Right of Way formalities and its charges for Underground and Aerial permissions, capturing of Electric/Light Poles information, capturing of building level information, Home pass survey as per company format
2. 2. Responsible for survey of Dark Fiber routes/ Telecom HH/ BTS as per information shared by such operator.
3. 3. Responsible for Identification and finalization of co. POP
4. 4. Creating and digitizing information captured in GIS or equivalent platform
5. 5. Responsible for ROW application and follow up for Demand Note and subsequent permission
6. 6. Responsible for onboarding partner teams for execution
7. 7. Responsible for end to end rollout of FTTH network through partner teams as per Quality standards set by the company within defined TAT and KPI's
8. 8. Responsible for DPR (Daily progress report), Material consumption booking done by partner teams
9. 9. Responsible for First Time Right deployment, Acceptance test either directly or through third party agency, clearance of punch points within defined TAT
