Job summary

BROAD Air Conditioning India Pvt. Ltd. invites a Service Engineer to join the Surat-area team and provide on-site electrical and HVAC services for absorption chillers and related equipment.

The candidate will travel across India as needed, with a 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM shift and a focus on service quality, customer satisfaction and energy-saving solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Automation required.

Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/automation majoy with priority) or equivalent. (Below Degree we are not accepting the candidate Resume)

Shift (Job timing) 9:00 AM to 5:30PM (Being in Service, Candidate need to travel as demand in the responsible region even PAN India as per requirement)

Experience 2~4 year work experience(Priority with service experience in absorption chiller industry / refrigeration industry / HVAC industry / heavy industry; such as electrical control / building control system / electromechanical device maintenance service)

Work Details & Responsibilities

• Do well basic services and achieve service quality & target, promote energy saving services and EMC, sign AMC and sales of spare parts.
• Maintain user relationship, know well the operation condition of every chiller unit in the responsible area, achieve the good service satisfaction.
• Standard machine room build-up, supply standard service to users.
• User system and application information collection & analysis.
• Write professional service report after site service, edit professional service proposal and communicate with customer to promote.
• Supply training to users, organize user summit regularly.
• Perform as Per KPI/ KRA

Skills required

• Good soft skills(English language, communication, mail writing & proposal making );
• With the related field work experience, such as electrical engineer, electrical technician in chiller, motor, elevator, generator set, etc.
