Job summary

Haitian India is recruiting for a Service Engineer / Sr Service Engineer - Injection Moulding to manage installation, commissioning and start-up of injection molding systems at customer sites mainly in Aurangabad/Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar region. The candidate will relocate as needed and oversee mold trials, with strong PLC, electrical and hydraulic knowledge.

We expect 4+ years in IMM service, maintenance and related troubleshooting, plus leadership capability to guide a team of service

Qualifications

• Experience in IMM machine installation, Service, Maintenance, Troubleshooting is must.
• Minimum 4+ years total experience in IMM Service,Maintenance.
• Ability to manage a team of service engineers.

Responsibilities

• Installation, Commissioning, Start-up of injection molding systems, and carrying out mold trials at customers' sites within your respective region.
• Provide support to customers in optimizing operations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and machine power circuits; ensure preventive maintenance.

Role: Service Engineer / Sr Service Engineer - Injection Moulding
Location: Aurangabad( Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar )

Note: One willing to relocate/handle Aurangabad region alone can apply

A. Technical Skills Requirements:

• Installation, Commissioning, Start-up of injection molding systems, and carrying out mold trials at customers' sites within your respective region.
• Knowledge of PLC controls, Electrical Systems, Hydraulic Systems, and Machine Power Circuits.
• Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of injection molding machines.
• Provide support to customers in optimizing operations.

Qualifications and Personal Skills Requirements:

• Experience in IMM machine installation, Service,Maintenance, Troubleshooting is must
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree or Diploma/CIPET or equivalent.
• Minimum 4+ Years of total experience in IMM Service,Maintenance
• -Ability to manage a team of service engineers.
• Confident, Self-Starter with good oral and written communication skills.
• Accept to travel up to 100% of the time.
