Job summary

Haitian plastics machinery india pvt ltd is seeking a Senior Service Engineer for Injection Moulding to install, commission, and service molding equipment at customer sites in Chennai and nearby regions. The role requires hands-on expertise with IMM systems, PLC/electrical knowledge, and willingness to travel extensively.

Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years in IMM service and a Diploma/BE in Mechanical or Electrical fields. Immediate notice period is preferred.

Qualifications

• Installation, commissioning and start-up of injection molding systems at customer sites
• Knowledge of PLC controls, electrical and hydraulic systems
• Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of IMM machines
• Provide support to customers to optimize operations

Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning and start-up of injection molding systems at customer sites within your region
• Troubleshoot and service IMM machinery and related electrical/hydraulic systems
• Travel to customer sites up to 100% of the time

Location: Poonamalle, Chennai : 2 Openings

Sricity, Tada: 2 Openings

A. Technical Skills Requirements:

• Installation, Commissioning, Start-up of injection molding systems, and carrying out mold trials at customers' sites within your respective region.
• Knowledge of PLC controls, Electrical Systems, Hydraulic Systems, and Machine Power Circuits.
• Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of injection molding machines.
• Provide support to customers in optimizing operations.

Qualifications and Personal Skills Requirements:

• Experience in IMM machine installation, Service,Maintenance, Troubleshooting is must
• Diploma / BE Mechanical or Electrical Diploma/CIPET or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 - 10+ Years of total experience in IMM Service,Maintenance
• Confident, Self-Starter with good oral and written communication skills.
• Accept to travel up to 100% of the time.

Notice period: Immediate - 30 days

CTC:40K - 60 K per month + Incentives
