Job summary

Contactx Resource Management seeks a field service engineer to visit customer sites for installation and commissioning of Stepless capacity control and online condition monitoring systems in the HIPL region.

The role requires extensive travel across India (60–70%), supporting sales activities with costing, estimation and tender comprehension, and back-end sales tasks such as PO scrutiny, project planning, and manpower utilization. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites for Installation and commissioning of Stepless capacity control and online condition monitoring systems in HIPL region
• Travel through India for MCS service jobs and sales supports (Required travel 60% to 70%)
• Support Sales activities by costing, estimation, tender comprehension and other back-end sales activitiesProduct engineering, project planning and execution with effective manpower planning and utilization
• Execution of back-end sales activities like, costing of MCS products, preparation of users, PO scrutiny etc
• Readiness to travel extensively to sites for I&C, Service & Maintenance of existing xCOM systems in the HIPL region
• High level of customer service skills as well as the ability to respond quickly to service/parts calls
• Build customer relationships in a professional manner through solution-oriented communication, service, and telephone support
• Good organizing, administration, and problem solving/ troubleshooting skills
