Job summary

HOERBIGER Automatisierungstechnik Holding GmbH in Pune, India seeks a field service engineer for installing, commissioning, and maintaining advanced compressor control and condition monitoring solutions at customer sites.

You will provide responsive technical support, troubleshoot to maximize uptime, support lifecycle services, collaborate with sales on costing and tenders, and drive efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience with installation, commissioning, service and maintenance of compressor systems.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis abilities.
• Proficiency in techno-commercial costing and estimation.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission Stepless Capacity Control and Online Condition Monitoring Systems at customer sites.
• Provide responsive technical support and troubleshoot to maximize equipment uptime.
• Support customers through lifecycle of compressor control and monitoring systems via maintenance and service interventions.
• Collaborate with sales teams on costing, estimations, tender support, and technical-commercial expertise.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects efficiently.
• Build long-term relationships through professional, solution-oriented service and technical consultation.
• Contribute to aftermarket growth through service support and spare parts opportunities.

How you will make a difference

• Ensure successful installation and commissioning of Stepless Capacity Control and Online Condition Monitoring Systems at customer sites.
• Provide responsive technical support and troubleshooting to maximize customer equipment reliability and uptime.
• Support customers throughout the lifecycle of compressor control and monitoring systems through maintenance and service interventions.
• Collaborate with sales teams by providing costing, estimations, tender support, and technical-commercial expertise.
