Job summary

Hach (Veralto) in Gujarat is seeking a Service Engineer to handle field service, PM calls, I&C and lead generation with a hybrid work model. You will develop customer relationships, meet response targets and contribute to revenue targets.

The role requires 5-6 years' engineering or diploma, willingness to relocate across India, and travel. Experience with Service Max and SFDC CRM is preferred, along with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet response and turnaround time on calls assigned.

• Meet service sales targets to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue.
• Maintain CRM packages of Service Max and SFDC.

The Service Engineer is responsible for handling all operation and PM calls assigned with the committed SLA's, Complete Demo and I & C Jobs based on the projects boked & to generate leads for new sales with increase Customer Satisfaction.

This position is part of the Service Team located in Gujarat and will be on Hybrid Model.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Meet up the Response and Turn Around time on the calls assigned
• Complete all the PM's as per the schedule
• Plan for all the I &C and Demo activities allotted
• Develop good relation with customers to enhance the satisfaction levels
• Generate leads by interacting with the customers and pass on through the Mkt Teams
• Meet Service sales targets to achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual financial targets of operating revenue
• Discipline on CRM packages of Service Max and SFDC

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 5-6 years' experience with a degree in Engineering / Diploma preferably worked on Hach / similar products
• Willingness to relocate across India basis job / company priorities
• Willingness to travel.
