Hach OTT India Private Limited is seeking a Service Engineer for a field-based role in Gujarat with a hybrid working model. You will handle operation and preventive maintenance (PM) calls, perform I&C and Demo activities, and strive to generate leads while improving customer satisfaction.

The role requires 5-6 years of experience in engineering, willingness to relocate across India, and travel as needed. Proficiency in CRM tools and cross-functional collaboration is essential for success in this

Responsibilities

• Handle operation and PM calls with committed SLAs.
• Perform all I&C and Demo activities per project bookings.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships to boost satisfaction.
• Generate leads by engaging with customers and handing off to Marketing/Sales teams.
• Meet service sales targets to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue.

The Service Engineer is responsible for handling all operation and PM calls assigned with the committed SLA’s, Complete Demo and I & C Jobs based on the projects boked & to generate leads for new sales with increase Customer Satisfaction. This position is part of the Service Team located in Gujarat and will be on Hybrid Model.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Meet up the Response and Turn Around time on the calls assigned
• Complete all the PM’s as per the schedule
• Plan for all the I &C and Demo activities allotted
• Develop good relation with customers to enhance the satisfaction levels
• Generate leads by interacting with the customers and pass on through the Mkt Teams
• Meet Service sales targets to achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual financial targets of operating revenue
• Discipline on CRM packages of Service Max and SFDC

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 5-6 years' experience with a degree in Engineering / Diploma preferably worked on Hach / similar products
• Willingness to relocate across India basis job / company priorities
• Willingness to travel.
