Job Title: Field Service Engineer (Mechanical) Fresher

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Mechanical Engineering Fresher to join our service team as a Field Service Engineer. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customer sites to install, commission, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain water treatment plants. The candidate must own a two-wheeler for field travel. Petrol expenses will be reimbursed by the company as per company policy.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites for installation, commissioning, and servicing of water treatment plants.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of water treatment systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and operational issues and carry out necessary repairs.
• Inspect equipment performance and ensure smooth operation of the plant.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of newly installed systems.
• Explain system operation and basic maintenance procedures to customers.
• Prepare and submit daily service reports after each site visit.
• Maintain records of service activities, spare parts used, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with the service team and office for scheduling service visits.
• Ensure timely closure of service calls while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines during fieldwork.
• Report major technical issues to senior engineers for further support.
• Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.
• Travel to customer locations as assigned within the designated service area.

Eligibility
