• Comfort with basic digital tools (email, service reporting software, MS Office) for reporting and communication.
• Prior experience in industrial services or process plants is advantageous.

Role Description

The Service Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mengio, responsible for providing technical support and service for heat transfer fluid systems at customer locations. The role involves conducting routine inspections, performing maintenance and repair activities, and diagnosing system issues to ensure safe and efficient operation. The Service Engineer will coordinate with clients and internal teams to plan field service visits, document service activities, and provide clear technical guidance and recommendations. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment problems, assisting with system commissioning, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement of service processes.
