Sonalika Agro Industries in India is seeking a field service engineer to provide technical support and after-sales service for agricultural implements and farm machinery.

You will attend and resolve customer and dealer technical complaints within defined timelines, conduct field visits for inspection, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair, and travel extensively within the assigned territory for field service activities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support and after-sales service for agricultural implements and farm machinery.
• Attend and resolve customer and dealer technical complaints within defined timelines.
• Conduct field visits for product inspection, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair.
• Support dealers/service partners in resolving technical and product-related issues.
• Identify product failures, recurring complaints, and technical problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance regarding installation, operation, maintenance, and servicing of implements.
• Prepare and maintain service reports, complaint reports, field visit reports, warranty claims, and technical feedback.
• Monitor warranty-related complaints and ensure proper documentation and closure.
• Support dealers in maintaining adequate service tools, spare parts, and technical infrastructure.
• Collect market feedback regarding product performance, competitor products, customer requirements, and recurring failures.
• Assist in new product launches and field validation/trials of agricultural implements.
• Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to the company on product improvement and design-related issues based on field observations.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required for field service activities.
