Job summary

EPAM Systems in India seeks an experienced Service Delivery Manager - HPC & ITIL/ITSM to lead end-to-end HPC service delivery, aligning research needs with IT capabilities to accelerate innovation.

You will oversee HPC infrastructure operations, drive optimization, and develop roadmaps for scalable computational platforms, while ensuring governance, compliance, and effective cross-functional collaboration across research and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 13 to 15 years of overall professional experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale HPC environments, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or research-intensive industries.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related scientific discipline
• Deep understanding of HPC architecture, cluster management and parallel file systems
• Knowledge of high-speed interconnects and job scheduling
• Strong project management and leadership skills with excellent communication abilities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex technical issues

Responsibilities
