Genpact is hiring a Service Delivery Manager - F&A - R2R to lead large-scale record-to-report operations in a hybrid India setup. You will ensure timely close processes, oversee general accounting, fixed assets, intercompany, and reporting, while driving automation and process standardization.

The role emphasizes governance, audits, stakeholder management, and mentoring teams to sustain high performance in a dynamic, AI-driven environment.

Competenze

• Experience in leading large-scale F&A R2R operations.
• Strong understanding of General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
• Experience with audits and compliance controls in a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and automation in R2R.

• Lead and manage large-scale R2R operations, ensuring timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
