Genpact is seeking a Service Delivery Manager - F&A for its I2C 4C operation in Noida. This role steers Cash Application and AR processes, ensuring timely receipts posting, reconciliation, and adherence to contractual SLAs.

You will drive governance, report on KPIs, and mentor OTC colleagues in a fast-moving, AI-driven environment. The candidate will lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, monitor cash flow, and collaborate across functions to minimize process breaks while maintaining SOX compliance

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• MBA/masters in finance is a plus.

Ensure accurate posting of ACH, wire transfers, checks, and remittance information* Monitor unapplied cash and ensure prompt investigation and resolution* Support AR Subledger to GL reconciliation processes and month-end close requirements ## **OTC Governance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement*** Manage day-to-day Order to Cash process including Customer Master, Order Management, Billing Collections, Cash Application, and Dispute Management & Reporting* Ensure achievement of contractual SLAs, KPIs, and operational targets including quality and Productivity* Conduct regular governance calls, service reviews, and business updates.
