Job summary

Genpact is hiring a Sr. Specialist - F&A - I2C to oversee daily F&A operations, guide team performance, and implement process improvements across the I2C framework. The role emphasizes accuracy, coaching, and scalable workflow design within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

You will collaborate with clients to deliver reliable financial reporting, apply AI-enabled workflow enhancements, and ensure SOP compliance. Office-based position in Noida with India-wide rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Masters in Finance highly regarded.
• Certifications in FP&A or accounting preferred (e.g., CFA/CPA).
• Experience in F&A BPO or shared services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&A operations and ensure efficient workflow management.
• Provide guidance and development support to team members.
• Assign tasks based on strengths and project requirements.
• Prepare reports on team performance, inventory, and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SOPs.
• Communicate with clients to manage service delivery and resolutions.
