Job summary

Genpact Ltd. in Noida is seeking a Sr. Specialist in F&A to oversee daily FP&A and I2C processes, guiding a team and ensuring accurate client deliverables. You will coordinate tasks, coach team members, and implement best practices in a fast-paced AI-enabled environment.

You will prepare performance reports, maintain compliance with SOPs, and serve as the primary contact for clients. A strong accounting background and SAP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/commerce/economics/finance is required.
• English proficiency at high level (C2) is required.
• Certification in Accounts Payable or CFA/CPA is a plus.
