Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Service Delivery Manager - F&A - AP to lead the Accounts Payable operations for the client. You will manage document flow, invoice processing, helpdesk activities, and vendor master data across multiple ERP systems, ensuring timely and accurate processing while meeting KPIs and SLAs.

The role requires strong accounting background (Bachelors/Masters in Finance/Accounting) and experience in AP processes, audits, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Master's degree in finance is a plus.
• Experience with Accounts Payable processes and related controls.
• Familiarity with ERP and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Accounts Payable operations for the account.
• Oversee document management, invoice processing, helpdesk and vendor maintenance.
• Handle EDI & non-EDI trade and intercompany non-trade payments.
• Ensure timely processing and KPI/SLA targets are met.
• Lead governance calls with stakeholders and drive cross-functional projects.

Job Description

As a process lead, you will be responsible for Account Payables operations team, Work on Multiple ERP, Systems and Manual Intensive nature of Work

Accountable for Accounts Payable process which involves activities like: Document management, Invoice processing, Helpdesk, Correspondence, Trade and Non Trade (EDI & Non-EDI), vendor maintenance, Database corrections of vendor information, Intercompany Non-Trade payments and outstanding handling

Responsible for completing all activities within agreed time and of the highest quality and ensure metrics are met as per agreed KPIs / SLAs targets as applicable.

Accountable for client VOC and successful external & internal audits

Be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement

Participate and lead governance calls with internal / external stakeholders

Own projects and drive outcomes with multi stakeholders
