Genpact is seeking a Service Delivery Manager - F&A - AP to lead accounts payable operations, oversee multiple ERP systems, and ensure high-quality processing with strict KPIs. The role involves vendor data maintenance, intercompany activities, and governance with stakeholders.

You will drive process improvements, support audits, and participate in governance calls, while working in a dynamic, shift-oriented environment in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Experience with AP processes, audits and ERP systems.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Lead Accounts Payable operations team and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage multiple ERP applications and high-volume processing.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and drive improvements.

Job Description

As a process lead, you will be responsible for Account Payables operations team, Work on Multiple ERP, Systems and Manual Intensive nature of Work Accountable for Accounts Payable process which involves activities like: Document management, Invoice processing, Helpdesk, Correspondence, Trade and Non Trade (EDI & Non-EDI), vendor maintenance, Database corrections of vendor information, Intercompany Non-Trade payments and outstanding handling Responsible for completing all activities within agreed time and of the highest quality and ensure metrics are met as per agreed KPIs / SLAs targets as applicable. Accountable for client VOC and successful external & internal audits Be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement Participate and lead governance calls with internal / external stakeholders Own projects and drive outcomes with multi stakeholders
