Job summary

Genpact in Jaipur seeks a Service Delivery Manager - F&A to lead Accounts Payable operations across multiple ERP systems, handling document management, invoice processing, vendor maintenance, and intercompany payments with focus on quality and KPI attainment.

You will participate in governance calls, drive process improvements, and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced office-based setting. Fluent English and accounting expertise are required to excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Experience in Accounts Payable process and audit responses.
• Experience with ERP and EDI workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Job Description

As a process lead, you will be responsible for Account Payables operations team, Work on Multiple ERP, Systems and Manual Intensive nature of WorkAccountable for Accounts Payable process which involves activities like: Document management, Invoice processing, Helpdesk, Correspondence, Trade and Non Trade (EDI & Non-EDI), vendor maintenance, Database corrections of vendor information, Intercompany Non-Trade payments and outstanding handlingResponsible for completing all activities within agreed time and of the highest quality and ensure metrics are met as per agreed KPIs / SLAs targets as applicable.Accountable for client VOC and successful external & internal auditsBe open to work in any shift as per the business requirementParticipate and lead governance calls with internal / external stakeholdersOwn projects and drive outcomes with multi stakeholders
